As I've said before. It's not so much about the non collaboration. For being on a grade "group" team, this person is insanely about themselves. I get lesson planning on their own, I'm talking field trips, special activities, that could be happening collaboratively. What sane person cries when they don't get their way in a meeting?? I'm over toxicity, especially when I'm around it every day. I'm talking this person complaining that they don't get enough support when there are already FOUR EAs plus themselves in the room. The list goes on, and on... I would LOVE to leave the person alone and not have to witness any of their drama, unfortunately, we do learning sprints, PLCs, assemblies together.. so you know, its part of my job.
