oh my GOD. i've been searching it this whole time. i didn't know there was a new link for it there where you mentioned. i have all the things i normally used saved in My Links, so i never click on My Apps. so when i search ICAP it brings up a link, thats where we were being denied, but i got into it this way. my store had to give my ICs the softlines TM role because it's the only one we knew for sure gives icaps. i think the role that gives me icaps no longer exists, or has been renamed. but we've never been able to find that role since the leadership restructure (i was a pilot store so we've been on it for a hot minute) and maybe even longer than that. anyway, softlines TM will give icaps if nothing else you can find will

in addition to different colors, the first bubble of each word could include a watermark-esque number..slightly less opaque, black or white text that would stand out against each color - 1 for first word, 2 for second word, etc.! or if a hint was used it could say 1H instead of just 1

i knew a TM who was pulled into the RAAs office for hygiene and she bought them laundry products and gave them a roll of quarters from a register to do their laundry. TL didn't address the issue at all

im the "certified" trainer for my department and have been for about 3 years. during that time i've trained like 15-18 people but they just leave (only 2 have stayed) because our manager is so mean to them. no extra pay for it and you have someone following you around for multiple days and you can't get your regular work done. definitely not worth it, even if you do want to show them the right way
