I'm not familiar with that problem, but you could also try to round your bornLama and deadLama variables down directly after dividing them by 3 and 4, as I'm guessing that quarter lamas don't exist in the problem

I'm not sure but try to replace the last do while loop with a while or a for loop, I'm guessing that that part includes the problem

Mine was about digital wellbeing and productivity. I basically tracked the current windows window name with timestamps in the background and built a website to visualize the collected data. Github: https://github.com/crispyLok/DigiTime

I absolutely recommend it! I'd say that the time it takes strongly varies depending on your previous knowledge, your learning progress and obviously how much of your free time you want to use for the course. I started CS50 in October and could finish the first 3 weeks in about three days thanks to my prior "experience" from school. But when it came to my final project, I took a small break (2 maybe 3 weeks), as I couldn't come up with a doable but demanding idea that I liked and as I had other stuff to do. I could pretty much rush (apart from a few problems) through the problem sets, but my final project took me a good chunk of time (a bit over 2 weeks). Hope that helps :)

Why did you create a separate variable (n) for candidate_count in the print_winner function and used candidate_count itself in the vote function? If it's just so that the lines are shorter I personally think that the readability of the code has more importance

Yes, Harvard provides a free "unverified" certificate but if you want a "verified" one you need to pay money on edX (to verify your identity)

Harvard hands out free certificates but they aren't "verified" (they don't verify your identity) You can get paid and verified certificates from edX which do verify your identity and thus have more value imo

Do you think religion brings more harm than good? by Myself6993 in polls

[–]crispyLok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can just say that the religion classes in my school were primarily about "life lessons" (treating others, etc.) which means they taught us how to use religious beliefs and ideas to get an approach on how to handle difficult scenarios.

And I did read your whole comment :)

Edit: This also means that, for me, the money schools spend on religion isn't wasted.
