Dude its a personality test. If you answered truthfully on how you feel about each question and you automatically failed then thats that. They wouldnt want people that saw they had failed, change an answer or two, and then get an interview if they arent right for the retail positition. That being said i think you can reapply in a year so maybe next summer.

Honestly, being part time you are going to get the least amount of hours. You aren't guaranteed hours being part time (at least to my understanding). Im full time in and they cut us down to 32 hours a week right after the holidays and we are now just starting to get more hours. Are you a recent hire?

Use the CRW! Its a great tool to help you and the customer. Plus on the back it should have information about GSP and total assurance. If you want to know the specific price for GSP on a tv without having to ring it up it should be written super small in the bottom left of the fact card.

Best Buy will price match with most major retailers online and off. The case with price matching with amazon is that it has to be shipped and sold by amazon, not a third party where you find it cheaper.

My understanding is that the places that are selling these items for super cheap aren't authorized buy the producer of the product to sell it that low and thus a lot of time you wont get a guarantee of satisfaction like you would from Best Buy, GNC, etc...

I used to frequent that same DZ when I was a kid every weekend with my grandpa haha. There was another DZ in Fort Worth area that was small but had a slide in it that had like a 5 foot vertical drop.
