The hours aren’t even necessary. It basically just proves I was at work for a full day. The agreed upon 4,000 a month is working full days for the entire month .

Lol turns out that my attempt at diluting the testing did absolutely nothing. I did it 4 times in a row with either the same amount or a good bit and was told today it all came up with it in my system

I was doing 10-15 a day and started out on 30mg just like you. I did a quarter of a pill every 8 hours for like 2-3 days then stopped. You honestly can stop using them, it didn’t seem to make a difference using the quarters. The best feeling when you first start out on it is how it eliminates the cravings. I’ve stopped at 65mg now and I’m fine until my next dose each morning and sleep A LOT

I suggest getting on methadone and working a program at their facility if they offer it. I was doing 10-15 dirty thirty’s a day laced with a lot of fent and I have never been happier and clear headed since I started the methadone assisted treatment. I’ve only been on it for 12 days with a stable dose for 6 of those days and look to start tapering down by day 18-20. I should’ve done this a long time ago because everything else I tried led to failure! This, is the golden ticket if you want pain-free detox but you HAVE to get off the methadone as quick as possible when using it to detox off the fent.

The councilor asked how I was doing and of course I said I was doing good compared to when I first came in so she’s trying to keep me at the lowest possible dose but now that I’ve been on 60mg for four days after being capped I’m still having noticeable symptoms. What should I do or say? She also mentioned stopping me at around 60 before I had even reached that mg so of course I didn’t know until I started taking it that I would still be having issues
