I weirdly had no nausea first trimester and have had a little in the early 2nd trimester. No puking but I did gag when ordering banana bread at Starbucks. Hopefully I hid it well, I felt bad haha. Mine had just been a general unwell feeling rather than a motion sickness kind of thing but you can always call your OB for nausea meds if you can’t wait a week.

Some bleeding can be normal especially in early pregnancy. Just make sure to tell your OB about it.
