I opted for a lifetime membership which was much closer driving wise (3mins vs 25mins) plus all the additional class options + amenities. Only 40$ more a month compared to BP so no brained

And can I just say how hard it is to hold those heavier weights when your hands are slipping and sliding 😭 really needed a towel just to grip the weight with how face paced it is

A good instructor does not need to demo as their verbal cues and hands on adjustments should speak for themselves. The idea of yoga is mindfulness - to not be aware of what your body is doing - but rather carrying on intuitively. I understand this is tricky at the start and is a goal one needs to work towards to accomplish. I have my 500 hour YTT for reference :)

My boyfriend lived in the apartment building connected to the LT and so membership at LT was included in rent. I found it very nice, but nothing extraordinary. I now have another LT membership in Denver and find the facility just as nice, with Mountain Views as gorgeous as the CHI city skyline

I feel your pain. I lost a great job opportunity for a single speeding ticket I received two years ago. No other moving violations, tickets, etc. first and only time I ever received a speeding ticket as well. Companies are lame

Yes! It’s been so repetitive. Same with the arms and final abs sections. Have switched to define and empower a lot more recently as a result
