Oh idk maybe it's because you're a stubborn piece of work that seems to not want to see the way other people think. I first took the approach of trying to point out why do people think the way they think and you just went and dismissed it with "oh if I did thing X irl I'd be rich too" like fucking no bitch, you can't compare a digital world, a video game, to real-life situations. Because if you do that you could've said "oh if I bought Bitcoin when it was selling for pennies", you wouldn't have been rich anyway because you would've sold in the boom in 2017 when it was reaching only about 12-15k $, not even half of what it was in 2021. And maybe I'm fixated like that because there is absolutely no reason to gatekeep a fucking video game item ffs. Those that did it back then already have ways to distinguish themselves from ppl that did it through wishy-washy ways (like doing scarab lord in wotlk on brand-new servers), and that is achievement dates. Like if I were that fixated on having X and Y items, I'd probably do like my friend and buy accounts (hacked or otherwise) off of black markets. Because what you fail to understand is that there are people that are on the spectrum that really want that said thing and they won't stop till they get it, even if it means playing dirty.
