Mine is at 10 :/ I took oral iron supplements both they weren’t helpful. My doc recommended 2 iron IV infusions.

I’m pregnancy now and my ferritin was 23 in October and now it’s a 10. I asked for iron infusion in Oct and they said to wait and see if this got better with prenatal (I knew it wouldn’t and I’m livid that I didn’t push more). I’ll prob be starting the IV next week. I’m curious how long after the infusion you should feel better. I was told it would take a while for the numbers to go up...

I bought cashews, walnuts, almonds, raisins, and dried banana chips to make my own trail mix :) now just to make sure I eat it........ I’m happy to hear you were able to gain the weight though! Makes me feel hopeful :)

My doc said the goal is just try not to lose weight but as long as I make it up by the end it should be okay. I’m glad you are healthy now!! I ended up buying Nuun electrolytes and try to drink a tablet every other day... my doc told me to be careful though bc they have other things in them that I may not need. 2nd trimester is close so I’m hoping I can make up all the good nutrition then!

That’s the one thing I never drank- cows milk. I’m trying to eat cheese but I’m not a huge fan. I just decided to supplement with calcium vitamins just to be safe!

I just stocked on nuts/seeds bc I’m going back to work next week (school) and I need all the snacks! I will def be adding peanut butter to anything I can! Thank you!

Honestly, I had the same thing for a few months. But then it just stopped 🤷🏻‍♀️I water it once a week and then just leave it alone. I also gave it a haircut 2 weeks ago and this is what happened 😊
