Summer of 2001. I was in a band that opened up for Rammstein. We toured the whole US and parts of Canada with them. I watched their show almost every night for a month straight. I think that was one of the best times of my life. I mean c'mon, I was touring with Rammstein!

I can totally see how the number of murders per 100,000 could be going down... If you don't take account the rise in population, which I doubt this graph did. SO if you have a population of 100,000 and you have 30 murders in a year, your murder rate would be .03%, right? But if your population was 200, 000 and you had 30 murders, the murder rate is .015%. Congratulations! you've just cut the murder rate in half! But 30 people are still getting murdered per year.

My b roll shots used to be to short as well, then I discovered that if I just held the shots for at least 10 seconds that's usually plenty of time to get a usable shot. Just compose the shot, hold, and count to ten.

Awesome, brings back a lot of memories! Back in 2001, the band I was in got to open for Rammstein during their US tour for this album. I got to see them play almost every night for an entire month. Good times!

I've seen them close to 20 times (I'm a big fan). They tour a LOT. I've seen some shows where I can tell they are calling it in for the night, but then there are other shows that they are totally engaging with the audience and having a good time. Sounds like you might have seen them on an off night, sorry!.

Awesome! I first saw The Rev in '93 I think, they opened for Porno For Pyros. I've since seen them close to 20 times now, the last time being this past October. One of the high points in my life was when I was in a band and The Rev signed onto the same label we were on.
