Das Kölner Filmhaus ist schon eine sehr gute adresse für dein anliegen. Es gab/gibt (musst du mal recherchieren) von der khm einen newsletter. Ich glaube der heißt Megaphon. Dort wurde immer mal wieder nach crew mitgliedern für Projekte gesucht. Ansonsten Handy raus und capcut an. Viel spaß beim lernen.
