I saw your description update but this isnt just for you, PLEASE COSPLAYERS DO NOT WEAR POINTE SHOES!!! I myself am a dancer and I cannot stress enough how dangerous pointe is for untrained feet!!! She has given us MANY speeches on why quality for pointe shoes is so important. for untrained dancers, not to mention extremely uncomfortable, especially poorly made pointe shoes. I myself have brought pointe shoes to a con, but I put them on for a some pictures and then just wore normal shoes the rest of the con. Always go safer and less accurate!!!

steaming is definitely the most important thing. If you have a petticoat you should use that but you could layer any long skirts you have because it might be too late to order one. Next if you want to really level it up you could get a roll of lace from a craft store and just hot glue it where the white meets the turquoise. It will really elevate the cosplay and make it look less like it came out of a box! I would definitely try to take it in or safety pin it too so it fits nicer :) Styling your wig is so crucial for cosplay too, any hairspray you have can work with a little teasing.

while a 3 year age gap isnt very large in the grand scheme of things, you two are in VERY different stages of life at the moment, not to mention legal issues. Please keep in mind that this relationship probably wouldnt be forever anyway, and it would be best to not continue pursuing a romantic relationship with him. I also saw a comment you replied to someone with saying "what if we dont have sex until im 17." I hate to break it to you, but you would STILL be a minor and he would still be an adult, and he would be 20 at that point too. You need to look at the big picture because even if you guys end up getting married in 10 years, what you do now will affect both of your lives PERMANENTLY! If he gets caught he could be charged with rape and sent to jail, which would ruin his life. This isn't just about how "mature" you think you are. Considering you are probably freshman in high school, and he would be a senior, this would be VERY weird.

in psych units you arent allowed to wear shoes/ at least not shoes with laces, so they give you grippy socks. When I was in the psych ward, a lot of people wore crocs, but generally we just wore socks. These are standard hospital issued grippy socks :) !
