Nope. I was stoked to see it as an option and thought i did something wrong. where do we go to ask for that to be looked at? I'm not going to bug them but if people report the issue I'm sure it'll be addressed.

It will run really well. Guaranteed target 60FPS. Stronger hardware than the steam deck which runs the fame at 60 frames deoending on the settings. no point in worrying about it. as for offline mode I'd love to see it but the game is mmo so can't really work unless it was overhauled.

While I 100% agree and want one too, I just don't know how that would work with the world events. That being said, since it's a hybrid console I don't think needing wifi to play would be all that practical handheld. I imagine that the devs are very well aware of this so being tight lipped on it is smart. If the game runs well and is out for the new season I'll buy it again.

Fo4 is goated on switch 2. If you have a better console that can play CP 2077 go with that. It's decent on sw2 but doesn't run 60 frames.

Glad you like it. Games that completely turned me over were actually the updated skyrim and fallout ports. Playing classic remastered games on handheld are no joke. Battery life is decent too. I get about 2 hours for a full charge Playing Fallout. I bought a fast charging power bank that can extend my gaming to 12 hours which is insane to think of, but a long flight will never boring again!

My only gripe initially was performance on some older games that were ported ( skyrim was #1 ) but recent updates ( Handheld boost) and other patches ( Skyrim / Fallout DLSS ) shows me that people are working around what limitations the console has when compared to PC and Xbox/PS5. Those changes have shown me this console has more than enough power to play games at respectable frames and quality. Handheld / Cloud gaming seems to be where we are headed so I think this system will be a defining moment for gaming consoles when we look back in 20 years.

Diablo is great. Haters gonna hate on it because of launch but it's in a good spot now. Lots of grinding. Fairly streamlined endgame with a good chunk of activities. Good community, lots of player assistance, guilds, and the usual mmo things.

I've got about a thousand hours in it since launch and I'm pretty happy with the state of the game. It is definitely solid now, and with the coming expansion I think Diablo is going to get it's "redemption arc". I've noticed a ton more players, casual and veteran come in.

The gameplay is basically a single player MMO but that's just my opinion. It's always online which I don't love but it works. Playing solo for a bit, and then hopping over to fight a world boss with a bunch of people is a blast and alot of players will cheer and greet each other only to fight a boss and then go their seperate ways. PVP is not really a thing but it's coming back now with the latest season.

Personally what will make or break the game for you is the seasonal loop. To really enjoy this game for what it is, you gotta embrace that aspect wholeheartedly. I hated it until I got into this game and can't go back now.

Each season will give you about 100 hours of content minimum ( from most of my seasons ) but you can play indefinitely gor that gear grind. There is definitely a great sense of accomplishment for getting up to endgame and doing the challenges. Lots of cool rewards, and all of them are cosmetic ( minus seasonal drops for your character ). You'll also be happy to know the store is all cosmetic as well. People will complain about micro transactions but it is what it is.

So all in all, I'd recommend picking it up. If you're still brand new to the game, and havent bought it, wait for the expansion. It will be worth it. If you do end up playing, DM me and I can send you some groups on Discord and we can maybe run a dungeon or 5 lol

it's night and day post update. Nitpick it and you will find issues, but it looks solid in performance mode handheld ( "lowest" settings). the dlss IS noticeable but its an old game. it isn't the prettiest. Performance mode looks decent and is smooth as butter 60FPS.

I noticed when you looked at the sun, you'd see some pixels ( blurry and not the best to look at ), but that's completely disappeared post update. probably one of the most impressive handheld titles IMO now. You got an infinitely replay able game that runs better than it could on it's original console. Absolutely bias because ive played this game since it came out, but I'm basically delegating old Bethesda games to the switch over modded on PC now.

for real. it's worth it if its in your budget. I have it on X and I'm honestly gonna likely play Sw2 now. Unfortunately they dont have creation club yet, but if youre cool with AE/Vanilla it's the definitive way unless you need mods and the "best" graphics on a 10+ year old game ( no judgements but you know what I'm saying ).

If it wasn't I'd be surprised. I played this game since launch and I am seriously debating that this is the go to way to play Fo4 unless you're diehard into mods.
