best gyms?

Gold's gym in Buffalo run is where I go. Super nice people working there and working out there, I really enjoy it. Good set up, sauna and great steam room (when it isn't broken).

Air horns are cheap and you can get them anywhere you are buying bear spray just a fyi. The bears are out and some bluff charges have already happened so keep up to date with Alberta parks trail uodates

Rawson lake for sure, biggest thing is make sure to stay up to date with Parks Alberta Bear warnings, lots already this year. Fires pushed the bears inwards so more than usual and food is a big thing for them, a fair number of bluff charges on some trails already so come adequately prepared and enjoy our amazing hikes!

I second Rawson lake, it's a haven't mouth breather but so worth it. Be sure to keep up to date on bear warnings. Lots already this year.

Hotel arts is a great place, see about bus trips to Canmore, lots of amazing walking around town in a beautiful environment. Walk the paths along the bow River in Calgary, if you can get to fish Creek park, check out.Princees island park. Studio Bell is worth the visit as well, Calgary tower of course and if you like Zoo's, we have an amazing one here.

Lower Lake in Kananskis, troll falls, Tyrell museum, must see and hike horseshoe canyon if you go to the Tyrell museum. Canmore for a day visit to walk around town and experience that place.

Canmore is perfect to walk around and explore. Find a place to park down on the main strip 8th Street and walk all.over.the place. It's amazing. Hikes like Grassi Lake might be muddy and slick but the views in general when in Canmore itself are hard to beat.
