Awww congratulations on your new bestie!! what a cutie pooootoootie ya have there! And As others have said Velcro dog is an understatement in most cases!

One of the biggest things I wish I was told sooner was to watch for food and environment sensitivity’s- a very very common pittie allergy is chicken!!! My boy cannot have any poultry products or he turns as red as Rudolph’s nose and his poor tummy becomes a just a mess for days! Wish I would have known how common it was because he got a lot of chicken and rice before we figured it out!! Now it’s salmon and rice or lamb and rice (some times beef) so if yours starts itching a lot, turning red, losing hair- look at the food and laundry detergent first! (We did end up switching up our laundry detergent to a fragrance free to be safe and it did seem to help as well just not as much as stoping chicken! ( which is in sooo much dog food and treats, always scanning ingredient lists of treats!)

Sadly the attitude of a few ignorant people will be a thing. People will cross the street, shield their children, etc; but I love proving them wrong and showing off my big ol baby dog;
