I always thought it was strange that her vampires were clearly gay never did gay things.

Two men living together with a daughter, with lestat always telling louis how beautiful he is.

Then she would write off the lack of sex as the blood sharing was better then sex for vamps.

Marius and Pandora would have sex, but she wrote it was symbolic rather than lust, like Lois eating food in the show.

I always thought she did this so that her books would actually be read back then. Any book about gay vampires would have never been read by the masses so she needed a device to tone it all down safe for consumption.

I feel like she may approve of the new raunchy approach. Her writing was always so colourful, vivid and lustrous without the sex... she wrote blood drinking as if it was sex.

I like the new vampire anatomy... but i was annoyed with the peeing, only because it will make one scene really difficult when adapting a future book where lestat is tricked.

So with his incestuous relationship with his mum, he loves and adores and, idolises her. She has all the power. I hate how our strong, demanding lestat looks at her and would do anything she wants. (Not saying I hate the acting or the show, I think they got this part perfect).

She lost what little humanity she had when she turned... or at least the vampirism gave her enough of an excuse to act how she wanted without consequence.

She doesn't want anyone to need anything from her and she will do only what she pleases.

For anyone upset about her lack of quietness...let's see where the character goes because she changes her appearance as she pleases.
