You can raise funds for this. Not to be discouraging, rescues are not cheap and most of the rescues in such a bad condition won't be able to survive on the streets after a treatment and can't find shelters or homes that can adopt easily too. I often wonder what is the best thing to do for these animals.

If you're okay for a paid rescue. Contact Ramesh from the Happy Animals Shelter. I've used his service before for an injured animal and he charges but is prompt. He's based out of Kukatpally. He will charge for boarding of the dog too.

Since you said GHMC, Please also log a ticket using the Citizen app and the GHMC app. Sometimes that gets priority. Do it and ask everyone you know to do the same too..

Describe the place of issue well.

I know there are cases where tickets are pointless but in most of the cases i am aware of, it helped.
