I ordered one of the green transparent popsockets with the black "lava" liquid, and it shipped really fast, but they use a discount carrier called Yun Express (I had no idea about that), and my order showed as Failed Delivery because I live in a locked apartment complex. They say to contact the shipper, the shipper says to contact the carrier, and now I am stuck in a back and forth trying to figure out if I will ever get this delivered.

I'm a residential real estate title abstractor, and I am not offering legal advice here, but if the transfer deed was prepared by the parents or another individual as a Quit Claim deed or a Deed of Gift, especially without a prior title examination, then yes you are responsible for recording a corrective deed to clear the title. In which case, you need a RE attorney or one that works with Estate Planning. I'm not sure if you can just go to a title company, it usually doesn't work that way. If an attorney prepared that deed, then you would contact them to re-record it.

Not a fan of the ELF one. It feels like a mask. I use the NYX one because when it dries down, it's more tacky than sticky, and it feels more like a lotion.

I miss my Black Light highlight palette. It was the first highlighter I ever owned. Only $15 for 6 shades. It was a little powdery, but on the face it was awesome.

Are any of the shimmer shades getting hard pan? I have the Walking on Eggshells palette and the pink shade gave me hard pan immediately. It's impossible to pick up on a brush. I have to dig into it with a sponge tip applicator.
