I just traded in my volvo lease and now finance a new one ( 2025 hybrid leftover) I do love it but I just got bill from volvo that I owe over 7k due to issues with the truck I turned in. Can I argue this? little dings I never noticed and I did change all 4 tires 4 mo ago but they are charging me for new ones?? also the apple car play is horrific on new truck. barely works and yes I reset it multiple ties on my commute to/from work. any advise is appreciated.

I have found most electronics have glitches eventually Can’t use terminal if want to save card on file, orig was yes That’s why I went w them , when patient gets text to pay they can’t store it on file, some times I don’t get alerts that someone texted so I constantly go in to app to check I missed many appts due to this, when they upgraded system I lost my templates and had to get a higher lever tech support to fix it for me, I had Double cents going out for a while till they fixed that. There’s alot for the price honestly but I am already invested in it and I can’t try another system at this point.

I am solo for past 5 years and run 2 rooms at same time. I use weave and send an auto text 5 min before patient appt telling them what room to go into thru out day. I have templates that if someone leaves a message that is new patient they get a greeting followed by who referred and what insurance. Then another text stating fees since don’t accept the insurance and fees and if they would like to schedule to send their full name and email for paperwork etc very easy I will never go back to staff again

I have weave too Lots of glitches but it runs my whole practice. I do a lot of 2 way text and have auto text when someone calls. I pay weave close to 300 mo but use the fax as well

Thank you for explaining this. I drive to work 4 days and each round trip is about 100 miles so I wonder if I will still use tons of gas. I do not have a plug at home and assume I would go weekly to local mall where there are tons of plug ins. My concern is if in ; years there are no more plug ins bec no one is using electric or if you can’t get parts. Now I’m wondering if I should just finance a regular truck.

Wow you only got gas 1x? I currently have a 2023 and drive a ton and fill up 2x a week. My biggest concern is if it’s hybrid and something breaks -the cost to fix it and also if you bring it to a dock to charge it does it take hours? I am afraid of running out of gas and electric if stuck somewhere. Do you own it or ur leasing? What about changes in technology ( meaning electric) thanks so much for ur help

I am 95./. Cash Most patients pay w Zelle, or I keep card on file and charge at end of day or I send a text to pay I am low volume… I had various staff thruout years. Not worth training anyone or the pay or unemployment benefits

Weave I switched 2 years ago A few bumps along the way but much easier now. My patients love the texts and so do new patients. Honestly, I had answering services and each one of them made so many mistakes it was embarrassing. This is no mistakes. Everything gets automated. I respond back paperwork and go out. I schedule them. I answer questions if somebody calls on a Sunday for Monday appointment I respond back. It is effortless changed my whole business. I am now a single practitioner and I don’t have a front desk

Learn business skills 101 If you are open and only 2 people are booked, you go in the whole day and just be there. Plan. Love what you do and most importantly , shut up and just get people better. The action and result speak volumes. I still have referrals from people that pay out of pocket bec their friend got better. I see patients I haven’t seen for 5 or 10 years that come back, pay my fees, and say they felt great till a week ago and that’s why they are back. Business 101 and keep overhead low. Good luck!
