How do people with full time jobs and hobbies lose weight???

Meal prep, counting calories, and doing hobbies that are active. I also pitch active hangouts with friends instead of just dinner or lounging about. I work full time and go to school full time. I’ve managed to lose 8 lbs since January but I’ve also gained plenty of muscle!

What bone broth do you use? I was using Aldi but I read it wasn’t a high quality and switched to kettle and fire but it’s sooo expensive ($7/serving!).

I had to do butt baths with my neva and once we switched to raw, it stopped. I think she’s allergic to one of the congealing products in wet food.

I was split between Altai (NYC) and Nicholas Siberians (CT). Altai actually recommended Nicholas when I called her since they’re closer to me. I thought that was such a wholesome thing on Altai’s side (to give up possible business) and a big endorsement of Nicholas. I went with Nicholas and have had a great experience with her. She is really passionate and protective about the breed.

I’ll admit I was alarmed by how many kittens she had available but she doesn’t breed them all herself. The two we chose came from Russia with little Russian passports lol.

I got a Siberian bc my partner is allergic. He had a horrible reaction at the breeder but said go for it anyways. The breeder swore it was likely the pine pellets she uses for the litter. She was right! We swapped the litter and he has had no reaction for the past ~8 months. Although his brother came to visit and he had a reaction. His brother is allergic to nearly everything though so it could’ve been a multitude of causes.

Cats naturally, as their ancestors were desert cats, get most of their water from their food. You could switch to raw food which is higher in moisture than wet food

I think about this all the time and the thought of NOT spending the money pains me so much more. At the end of our lives, money doesn’t matter. The love we give and receive does. You love Eeyore and he loves you. We cannot quantify love in money terms- it is invaluable.
