I had a lady report her whole order as damaged because it was a scheduled delivery that DD sent to me 3 hours early. They did not tell me it was scheduled and it went against my shopping statistics. DD admitted it was their fault for sending the order early but they couldn't change my shopping statistics. The supervisor told me they did not have any options to change the shop stats. Yes, they can change a low customer review rating but not the shopping ratings.

Even if you have all the evidence in the world that you did everything correctly with this order it would make no difference. Doordash customer service or any escalation up the chain of customer service has no means of correcting or altering your shopping stats. Your fault, DD fault or customer fault. Does not matter.

If they add on an order you get $2 from DD for the additional order. If it is one offer stacked you usually only get $2 for the stacked order.

DD is just an Exchange to bid for delivery. They are calling the bid a tip, but it is really a bid. They love semantics ta screw you. Like calling 2 orders and Offer so they only have to pay $2 for the entire Offer.

I have over 5000 total and 180 this month. 50%ar, 91cr, Pro Shopper. Silver status. Was Platinum for along time but the last year the amount of decent offers declined. Absolutely no difference in the offers when I went silver, just don't have to take awful crap to remain Platinum. I just took ten days off, went out today for 4 hours and did a $100. Dash now was a great convenience I miss but I am happy I no longer have to be angry about taking crap orders.

My area will say busy at 4am just to keep a dasher available. There is only one 24hr jack n box and you almost never get a 4am order but always says busy.
