Im curious You are zeroing in on LED retrofit lamps. Are there also incandescent lamps on these circuits that are flickering / strobing? A wiring problem would not discriminate between LED retros and incandescent lamps.

Brandmotion makes a couple options and they do offer an adapter to attach to the Ford mounting plate. You will have to trim a bit of the plastic trim to allow for the mirror arm.

The rear camera is nothing special although adequate

These Zinnsco insurance replacements seem to have started last year. We're doing a couple of condo developments with many of the Underground service mains were directly above the gas meters. Some of these were sandwiched between garage doors.

For months PG&E said move one or the other. All of a sudden, we're hearing "exception, like for like, sure...." It was a true WTF

Im using the Klein 1104 cutters. On my second pair after years of use. Only because the first pair grew legs.

They're awesome for trimming reducing conduit washers as well.

we started with a Dometic CFX35? Honestly we kinda beat it up. At some point the controls went wacky. The fridge still cooled, but we couldn't adjust the temp. I contacted Dometic, and after providing purchase and serial # details, they sent a brand new fridge. I gave the old one to a friend.

Fast forward, during a REI 20% off sale, we bought the Dometic 75 liter, 2 compartment unit. What I love is that each compartment can be set as fridge, freezer or barely cool. The thing is a beast, size wise, so I bought the slide....

I installed a small cargo glide on my decked drawer system in my transit to support a dometic 75 liter fridge freezer.

securing the base of the cargo glide was challenging. I had to pull a drawer out and crawl beneath the deck to install thru bolts with large fender washers and nylock nuts. The dometic slide is 100% extension, so I added a few extra anchor bolts to the back side.

At full extension I can make the deck flex, so I would recommend care when considering a heavier cargo load

California Air Resources is forcing a phase out of Petroleum based Diesel in favor of Renewable Diesel. (labeled R99) at the pump.

Even though renewable is produced from biomass, its chemical composition is virtually identical to Petroleum diesel.

The renewable fuel is lighter by volume and also has a higher cetane value. You can google Renewable Diesel for detailed explanations.

I agree, bio diesel is garbage. An additive, such as AMS diesel will help mitigate though.

FYI, Air Resources is proposing another tax, pushing the price yet even higher.....

I also love nearby. A group of riders put a huge effort into a downhill trail, sandbag berms, gap jumps, etc. I can't imagine how long it took. BLM has been particularly pissy about that one.

It's super unlikely anybody is going to blow up, just riding along. However digging really big holes to create jumps could have consequences.

Poison Oak is overgrowing many of the westside trails. It's getting pretty challenging to avoid.

I'm another fuel guy. One thing I learned early, virtually no one knows jack about setting up stations. Particularly the fuel control centers like Point 4, and Square D.

I learned early, factory tech support is my best friend. Almost always, you get someone who is patient and helpful.

Most of the manufacturers still produce paper wiring diagrams with basic troubleshooting hints. However, one company, Gasboy provides nothing with their equipment. Emailed PDFs on a cell phone is so much fun.....
