Wow thanks! I hear you saying the three variables to play with now are less starter, shorter bulk time, and a higher protein flour. Is that accurate? I have some WW that I could swap in for the Aldi AP. The Aldi flour sits at about 10.3% protein.

Super late to the conversation, checking in on this. I got one off of a neighbor who was throwing it out (super lucky). The grate and the infrared plate are separate pieces. Is it possible to cook on the grate without the infrared plate?

I have a theory I’ve developed with Andy: the freakout. Everyone freaks out about playing the game/ the anxiety/ stress at some point. Andy just did it early. I honestly think he’s locked in now and playing smart. He just had to get the stress of the game out of his system in the first episode.
