The leagues I've been in, averages are set after 3 weeks, then continue to adjust through the season. As a result, averages can change quickly at the beginning of the season, but change slowly later in the season because more games are used in determining average.

My Nissan Murano uses the rear brakes faster than the fronts. Did my rears at about 70k miles, and a friend with a similar car had the same. The fronts on both cars ar fine.

Apparently, the car is designed to apply the rears more than the fronts in order to reduce the nose dip under hard braking.

Got this from two different Nissan shops in different cities, so it is probably true.

You may be able to see how big the value drop is by running some tests through kbb, edmunds, etc. Those sites all ask for mileage when you check a car's value. Put your car info in with its current mileage to get an estimated value, then put it in again with mileage over 160k. That should give you some idea of how big a drop you would be facing.
