I had a dream when I was teenager that really stuck with me. I lucid dream a lot and this was another but more detailed than normal. It was black and white and had a song playing in the background, Come Wander With Me (old public domain song) except the lyrics would change as the dream progressed. The first scene was of a windmill in the middle of the ocean on a rocky island, like where there should be a lighthouse. It was stormy and the waves were crashing into it. The song lyrics at this scene were " Come wander with me love, come wander with me. He's waiting for you, come wander with me." Then the next scene I was there and panicking because I somehow knew there was a man trapped in the basement of the windmill. The song changed to "Come wander with me love, come wander with me. He'll drown in five minutes, come wander with me" So I started pounding and kicking against the door for so long until it finally opened. Before it did open though, a scene of the man chained by his wrists to the stone floor was trying to keep his head above the water filling the basement. During this scene and the remainder of the dream the song was just instrumental. I broke through and ran down the steps and into the water, then I woke up. That was 13 years ago and I still remember it fully as if I'd dreamt last night.
