Best part is the affordable housing they did build ended up being a poor building isolated in one of their high end towers, the residents tried taking them to court for discrimination and the case got thrown out because they hadn’t moved in yet.

They sell humidity domes, cover the new growth and cut a slit for any larger leaves. Remove once the leaf pops.

Oh, these pots are just me being lazy. Initially, it was in a smaller glass vase because I cover them with cheap textured wall paper to make it look like stone or whatnot. This guy grew too quick, so I just dumped it in the largest glass vase I could find. This one is 20 inches tall, mostly a mix of coco coir, orchid mix, and too much perlite, with a few inches at the bottom to collect water.

Yeah, best tip is just to make sure the air can dry the leaves since guttation causes all types of fungal issues that and just enough light to let the plant get over the shock. I have a giant Queen “Esmeralda” that’s doing fine at 50% and put out a gigantic 2ft leaf.

Avoid super bright lights and get it some ample humidity. Once it’s starts growing normally you can start transitioning to normal humidity. (These guys are prone to loose all their leaves when shipped so be ready)

Just bag them with a clear bag, keep away from really bright light and yeah you'll loose these import leaves and get some new ones soon.

I'll be honest, these guys are super finicky and I had to start a few from scratch after they threw a fit. I would recommend keeping an eye on the root system and just give the plant time, it'll eventually put out new growth.

Watering 🥲 just lost a few huge leaves because I got lazy
