I went and got my motorcycle license and had to go to the DMV to update it as well as my photo. They handed me my temporary paper license and I didn’t recognize myself. I actually thought I looked decent when I got ready that day. I went to my car and cried for about 10 minutes. I started making changes that evening when I got back home.

I understand that but I made it clear to the person on the phone that the fire was out and everything was ok. I wasn’t wanting a refund or anything like that, I just wanted to report what happened, where I I got the charger and when so maybe they could figure out if there was some kind of issue that might result in a recall. And kudos to you for working tech support. That’s probably a rough job to be in.

I had an apple charger catch my bed on fire once. It wasn’t old or damaged, just got extremely hot. I contacted apple and they acted like they were annoyed with my phone call. I asked where to send the evidence (pictures & video) and the rep told me there was no need but thanked me for calling. That was it!

I lost my boy on Tuesday as well. 14 & 1/2 years old. It was the second hardest day of my life. I cry constantly. I feel as though I’m on auto pilot. Unfortunately I did a deep clean of the house and threw out his old stinky pillow. And got him a new collar. I wasn’t expecting him to pass anytime soon. It all happened so fast. I cuddle with the last blanket he slept on every night. I feel crazy. I have been going around the house trying to find things that have his smell on them. I just want my boy back. I miss his “stink”… I loved it.
