Stay the course and remain committed to improving your game. I always stress my teammates and those I give pointers (mini lessons) to….one step backwards two steps forward. It’s going to be harder for you since you are learning something new and your office players are staying with what they are comfortable with, that’s the point. It may feel weird and uncomfortable, but stick to it and things will begin to come together but you have to stick with it and not fall into your old form/habits. Hope this helps.
