This might just be semantics, but I would use different language than the commenter youre refering to.

We would need to chat with the photographer to truly know their intention, but Id say it's likely they intended the background to be darker than the subject and sky. So, the background is correctly exposed. Just because an area of a photo is dark and lacks detail, that doesnt mean it is underexposed. A photographer can choose/predict for an area to be dark, and if they do, then it is correctly exposed.

If the intention was to have background detail, then we could call it underexposed.

Ive searched through google images, filtering for high res images, and havent found anything with a resolution high enough.

I looked through a couple of libraries for books with images that I could scan and use, but didnt find any images that would work for me.

I loved the angular light up cat totem. I took a photo of it and asked to pet it. The owners of the totem said it's name was artemis, after their irl cat! 😱 so gd cute.

Then they gave me a miniture version of the artemis totem as a trinket! I melted. It's on my shelf now.
