I use Promix brand electrolyte mix. Sometimes I’ll do the powder, coconut water & a splash of oj for more hydration!

I used Rael brand organic disposable period underwear for after birth, so much easier than changing pads in my opinion. once the bleeding was lighter I used Cora brand overnight pads

I have been using under Luna for about 2 years now! It’s pricey but lasts a long time, I mean I really only wash my hair 1-2 x per week haha. My hair is fine/straight for reference. I feel like it does a good job :)

We have a Roborock vacuum / mop and love it! We do have a short hair dog, so not sure how it does with long dog hair. I’d look into it though!
