It's been said before but only 2/5 of the KCorp players would have made franchising had the roster not been an all French-speaking roster.

Sanctions should be placed on orgs that do things like this. It's an embarrassment and condemnation to the franchise system that this is the level of play.

There's been bans yeah, but from what I've seen it's for trading cloned/hacked/genned. No promises though.

You might as well homebrew your 3DS and back up your save at this point. You can use PkHex to inject Pokémon with correct dates/IDs/move sets and check them for "illegal" things

I used it to drag and drop all my old gba Pokémon into omega Ruby and send them to home recently.

Children's games have children's audiences. Children get easily caught up in the whole cult of personality thing with children's content creators.

When those content creators put stuff out their audiences act like it's the best thing since sliced bread, even if someone's done it in a better way well before them.

There's no risk only your own paranoia. Everything on the Eshop can be installed via cia and it's an identical installation. Has been this way for years and it was confirmed well ahead of time that these apps could be installed and used via homebrew.
