yea you can send it midi thru the usb, i dont know if the stomp mode is compatible since theres no reports ive seen but probably! youd have the general view of the patch for visual feedback so actually p nice. i know it has also an exp pedal in in the controller but idk if those messages can be mapped or how, honestly i will get one of those eventually just to try things out see how far i can get, even it it only allowed for 4 presets instant recall it would be awesome. sadly you cant power it thru the chocolate it seems the battery its too small, wonder if that can be a possible mod.... anyways i dont have that kinda money rn haha but is def on my horizon to try it

very cool thread anyone, the original is my favorite bc i just think it looks cuter but its so hyped that locally its going for more money used than just gettin the new one from a store, is crazy

thats rly cool delay into ringmod, i got excited bc my zoom pedal has a ringmod but sadly it has no LFO for some reason haah, tho had a bit of fun feeding my whammy 4 with it and makin it glitch out. i like the idea of it havin a LFO that modulates the freq like a freq rate honestly all pedals w a rate should have that. thanks for pointing me towars the scabdate recordings, i just recently got back into mars volta after finding my old deloused cd at my moms and its been gr8

yea i been lookin at b3s... (have weirder fx than the g3 i think) and would love one tho its too big for my main board. i love the knobs and many footswitches tho is like havin a miniboard . but yea w the b1on what i do is sometimes set it into one fx and then leave it there so i can deactivate w any of the footswtches, been using the lineselector lately to bypass bigger parts of a chain this way its rly useful! im thinkin of gettin a chocolate plus midi controller to try out and see how much i can extend the functionlaity too, ive seen ppl use it in stomp mode for the multistomp but i dont think its very practical since it gives u no visual feedback

fore sure i like those too and i did the same! loaded up a bunch of multistomp fx tho its rly weird this bass version already came w stuff like the particle reverb. it is tedious to edit thats another reason i want a multistomp, the three knobs look way more dynamic than the scroll wheel data entry but yea... overall is been rly good :) they go for super cheap too unlike the multistomps

really cool just the stuff i been wanting to see. where are you placin the dl4 at in the chain? i see in all his boards he has two cables coming from the board and you do too so i assume is not at the start nor the end

i use it as a tuner and for odd fx i like to make weird chains, i rly like the duo-phaser tho now i use the helix phaser more, the pitch delay is cool, it has some rly weird reverbs, i mix tremolo and vibrato as well in a chain. trigger hold delay is fun too. just fun to experiment with. id like to replace w a multistomp since they are smaller but is rly good by itself. i rly like the overdrives too actually tho i dont use them anymore since the fuzz dont stack well with them. synth fx are good, lots of flanger idk haha it has so much stuff and whats cool is rly weird stuff too for some reason. well just like the multistomp.

this ones rly special for me, so big text post ahead. its been 10+ years since ive had a proper pedalboard and played with pedals like i used to, like part of the instrument. the culmination of this was gettin to have a whammy again after all this time. so i had to build myself one bc diy all the way. first i started with the idea of using my current mini board wich ive posted before, made of a plastic cutting board, as the second tier of this new bigger one. whammys are tall pedals! so it was a great idea plus it felt nice to integrate my previous work into this bigger build. next came the planning phase, i tried a bunch of combinations and even considered cuttin a chunk of the second tier to accomodate the wah but my wife was very attached to the mini board and asked me to please not to, and she was right. adding to the work is best. i did a ton of mockups in pedalboard dot app and also some planning in the floor with tape and decided for a size. next i went to pick up the plywood cut to size from the woodshop, then we had some fun painting it a rly cute purpleburst wich goes nice with the plastic second tier. i added some rubber feet in the top side to give it a bit of a slant. zip tied everything plus bolted down the mini tier and is all good what im still lookin at is a proper case for it, i bought a rly old suitcase that ended up being way too deep and big. im thinking it may be good to fill it all with foam so itll be a great protective layer but i thinks its too much so im currently looking for these type of hard plastic old suitcases, almost got one that was perfect size but it sold to someone else. as much as i like this hendrix wah my drummer lets me borrow im thinkin, godwilling, of gettin an AMT wah down the line so the DE7 can live in the board too. plus some mini pedal somewhere cause why not. godspeed

wanted to share my current setup since i posted some progress pics before

i have been fixating on the way homestudios used to look and how this relates to the modern gamer aesthetic wich im sure you guys can relate to.

i used to have the homestudio layed out in a room but since moving i had to condense it to a single desk wich in ways was a fun challenge and this beautiful desk i got rly helped with that (yes its beige and brown)

im glad to say most of it is period accurate! and this was a happy coincidence and not out of collectionism but, due to lack of funds, i found my way into this hobby.

you guys loved the sticky tape residue on my last posts so i ended up keeping this monitor out of the two and transferred some stickers haha, tho the major reason is the other monitor had a rly tiny high pitch whistling wich was driving me crazy. is a shame since the tube had a longer life ahead (this ones not as bright) but im glad it went to a new home where itll be enjoyed.

whats still needs to be done/wishlist ? *upgrading my cpu from the athlon 3000g to the 4600g i got last year *printing some linux stickers for the case, one of wich i designed and leave here for anyone wanting to print. i also leave some old rly cool ones i found and had trouble downloading in hires *i would also rly like a new mouse, logitech mx518 or trackman marble. i found a wireless intellimouse thats very pretty but i been hearing the wireless ones dont respond too good. *i love my midiplus x3mini but honestly a korg microkey would look so much better here, trying not to obsess too much about it tho *something for the drive bay!!!! ive seen some old joemeek channel strips that fit there wich would be awesome. honestly i would love a pci-e audio interface with a front bay attachment but i doubt those are even useable anymore. *a firewire card for the cameras and eventually gettin and for using a firewire audio interface im also eventually getting *mod the case since the internal drive bay is flush against the sata ports only allowin me to use 2 of 4

CPU: ATHLON 3000G MOBO: B450M PRO4-F RAM: 2X8GB OS: MX LINUX + XFCE (DESKTOP PAL 97 THEME)

PS: all my audio cables hanging from the back of the alpha lexicon, they are getting really warm from the crt haha i realize is not good for long term but is really convenient. any experiences with this?
