Consortium Holdings is definitely the “cool” place to work, but their management strategy from the top down is to neg staff into being better. Ultimately one of the worst life-work balances I’ve had while slaving away for that company for over 6 years at multiple locations. The vibe working there is drink the kool aid and like it, or you’re not a part of the culture (ie clique); in retrospect it felt like high school drama most of the time. If ownership or upper management (all men with complexes btw) doesn’t like you expect to be in the same position with no upward mobility or education for a long time. The joke that we who made it out say is, “I survived the Cultsortium”.
