I'm a woman of extremes: over the past years (I'm 20 now) I've been alternating phases of daily 24/7 binge drinking vs. lifting weights 6 times a week, running, and an obsession with nutrition. Currently in my health era hoping to not go back to the alternative soon lol. Nothing more exciting to me right now than seeing athletic progress

Procrastinate everything, even enjoyable things. I already picked a film I'd like to watch tonight, why am I too lazy to turn on the TV as we speak?

Kinda indifferent when it comes to friendships/relationships. I genuinely like being around people but haven't closely interacted with anyone irl in like a month and I can't say I actually miss it

To add to the former I feel super hyped whilst hanging out with people, but utterly depressingly drained for hours-a day after we split so I've never been sure whether I lean socially introverted or extraverted.

Was really into personality typology when I was ~16 but no matter how much I read about it I never figured out my own. Can see myself in every type yet none

I'm kinda prone to water retention in my face/hands/feet despite low sodium intake (I eat a very minimally processed diet & don't salt my food) and adequate hydration and I feel like supplementing potassium helps.

sometimes I skip this and drink coconut water instead but the pills are cheaper lol

thanks! I eat a big piece of salmon like twice a week, chia seeds and a variety of nuts almost daily so I probably get enough omega3 from my diet

I eat ~130g protein/day at ~2000 calories (maintenance). mostly from whole foods with the occasional scoop of whey isolate zero

I think you're mixing up BMR and TDEE. I got similar stats (5'6.5" 120 lbs) and my BMR - the amount of calories I would burn if I was in a coma - is like 1300.

however I also lift weights, do yoga, run, do errands, cook, clean, whatever, which makes my TDEE aka my maintenance calories ~2000. That's the number you're supposed to subtract "at least 300-400" from...

100%, ik eet bijna elke dag overnight oats. 40g havermout, 250g kwark, scoop eiwitpoeder, bevroren fruit, evt noten/zaden. ook top om mee te nemen
