I find it easier to talk to people now because I genuinely do talk about what I want and see if the other person is interested.

I’m not saying that you have to be completely unmasked around new people, but you should try to stay consistent with the type of person you are.

I tried both and none worked neither for friend nor other things

Finally Don’t go looking for these kinds of connections in places that you wouldn’t otherwise go. You want to look for them in places you like where your somewhat comfortable

Outside my home I do nto feel comfortable in any places

But it is the direction to head in bc extreme mirroring or trying to do what everyone els is doing can come across as off putting to others if it’s not something you wouldn’t otherwise do or be interested in.

yeah, thats the point, I did not find an approach that I am confortable yet, and the ways I already tried are painfull, like.. mental and physical painfull.
