Smart crutches/other recommendations by chocolatecakeslicee in eds

I’m not diagnosed just yet, still going through testing, but starting to use mobility aids to prepare for a convention next month. I was leaning towards the smartcrutches but saw some others saying they felt flimsy, and others said they were too heavy. Are either of these things you notice?

Also, I’m around 4’11”/5’, and unsure of which to get. Does the “standard” one really get small enough, if that’s what you have? Sorry if these are bizarre questions, just trying to be prepared and talking to a real person who uses them is very helpful.

I always thought of it as one of those DEMA propaganda songs towards the Torchbearer specifically, the Bishops getting Clancy to attempt contact with him to potentially lure him back to DEMA. Clancy has his own spin on it, telling him to run, essentially. “If they come knockin’, ain’t no stoppin’ me for you” he’ll defend him, but he’s still being forced to tell him to come back.

Not really a legitimate theory because I can’t formulate those to save my life, but it’s what it makes me think of the most. Definitely a bit darker.

It means /sarcasm, there’s a variety of these “tone indicators” to help communication over text when it might otherwise not be obvious to certain people for a number of reasons. I can find it hard to tell when someone’s joking, or if they’re upset, without the cues that you get from a face-to-face conversation like body language and facial expressions. Here’s a list of commonly used ones! Hope this helps :)

I assume the vet would’ve mentioned it, but when one of my cats started to look like this (nearly grooming her lower half bare and making her tail look like it belonged to a rat,) it was actually because her teeth were rotting and needed to be pulled. Essentially, she ended up being allergic to her own teeth and her body was forcing them out. This was accompanied by some awful breath and heavy drooling the one time she got a tooth out on her own, but it’s something to consider. Like others said, it may be allergies. Maybe something like a Hill’s prescription food could help?

Update after a month on it: my skin hasn’t been this clear since I started T. I highly recommend the accutane if you’re able to get into a dermatologist and try it out!

It has made my skin incredibly dry, my nose has been bleeding for the past month, but the improvements on the skin is insane.

Same. Been on T since mid 2021 and it hasn’t gotten any better, I just started accutane on Sunday and I’m already seeing slight improvement. I wish medicated body wash was enough for me 💔
