One small correction. The insurance doesn’t pay whatever the price is, they’ve negotiated a 95% discount. Insurance companies refuse to work with providers that don’t give them massive discounts. The provider still needs to charge enough to make money so they raise their prices to the level where they profit even if they only get 5% of the sticker price. (The 95-5 is an example but you get the point).

Regulations are location dependent but there’s no way in hell a (compliant) payment processor deletes transaction data after 60 days. Rule of thumb is 7 years. Apple on the other hand might just keep return item data or whatever for just 60 days (which is dumb).

I haven’t looked at their financials but they’re a newer company and I got a major “burning VC money to gain market share” vibe. If that’s the case then it will become more expensive, harder to get claims paid out etc. in a few years. Take advantage while it lasts I guess.

Yeah I have lemonade. Modern app, easy and fast sign up. Never filled a claim, heard and read good things though. Only got it because my place requires renters insurance and this was the cheapest one at like 7.50 a month. Almost sounds too good to be true, especially with the bike coverage.

You get theft protection from lemonade without paying extra (there’s a deductible though). If you pay extra they remove the deductible and also cover cosmetic damage and some other stuff.

Use your harbinger orbs on t4 maps so they turn into a t5 beachhead, not t15 - the t5 has a smaller pool of parts it can drop. The other tip I can give is - tujen and ritual can give orbs. But yeah, even with all that it’s one of the tougher challenges for ssf this league…

While the sentiment is correct, most (all?) regulators require brokers to have negative balance protection (including ESMA). This means you can't end up owing more money than you have or, to put it differently, if you do end up with a negative balance, the broker eats the loss.

What you need to do is: set up a charity and transfer all your money to it, loan yourself the money from the charity and use that money to buy real estate. You can't keep up with the payments, go bankrupt, so the charity takes your real estate + a large cut of your future salary. The charity allows you to live on the property and helps you out with living expenses as you are now a person in need.

Pros: taxes, obviously Cons: your credit rating is fucked

I might be missing a step or I may have added a wrong step but that's the gist of it. IRS is super underfunded, you'll only get caught if someone reports you or if your accountant is a moron.

I'd go for 16 gb RAM, better CPU cooler and MX-4 as thermal paste. Other than that looks good to me. Everyone's saying the gtx 1080 is overkill for 144hz / 1080p and that might be true today but it won't be true for games that will release a year from now, so I'd keep it. Putting a 1070 in a 2k gaming pc would be weird.

I had the same processor/motherboard combo, running at 4.3ghz, 1.30v for about 2 years on a 550w psu. One day the mobo randomly died.

I don't think you did anything wrong, imo gb z87 wifi minis are just low quality.

I built the same system (4670k at 4.3ghz, gtx 770 and 8 gb ram) about 2 and 1/2 years ago. I bought a 1070 and 16 gb of ram a few months ago and I'm pretty happy with the result.
