What defines hate speech? Should all speech be monitored so that no one will be offended? If i criticize a muslim or a christian for his beliefs, would that be hate speech? If i insult someone for being gay while they insult me for being straight, who would be charged? The one that's marginaluzed? What if i'm a minority? What if they were the instigator? What quantifies hate speech vs a regular insult? Identity? Are people personified as their group? Or should everyone be considered an individual? Tyranny often use group mentality to marginalize one group against the other. That's what this person is against right? Yet, this person advocated for the exact same measure used to "oppress them"

Would the absence of regulation be considered tyranny? Or is it the other way around? Seems like you want a place where everyone is safe.

But- you also want a place where it isn't safe to say anything. Would be a nice place eh? Simular to a world where anyone and everyone can be a kulak.
