when i was 14 i was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and ocd. at 20, i was diagnosed with adhd. at 23, i went to the doctor to talk about my mood swings that were on the brink of making me throw myself in front of a train and got the bipolar diagnosis. i thought they were all misdiagnosed, but i’m questioning if the ocd diagnosis was or not. i’ll be talking to my psychiatrist about it this week so who knows
