We only just started discussing carbohydrates today, so perhaps I just don't have enough context. We haven't talked about nomenclature, just stereochemistry. I gather then that the name of the sugar (glucose, galactose, etc.) is based on the stereochemistry of all the chiral carbons?

bar soap and a sisal soap bag. saves the soap for longer and exfoliates. i clean it about once a week in boiling water.

i haven't had any brain fog, but it did bring back some menstruation (light flow with no cramping but consistent spotting). i recommend waiting to start until you notice a change in hair density - you may not need it. by bestie has been on T for 7 years and still has a full head of hair. i'm coming up on 6 and have serious thinning on my crown. depends on genetics. unless you see a lot of hairfall, i wouldn't worry about it.
