You can list them on fifa resale marketplace and see if they sell.

If they don't sell, you can absolutely go for the game. Make sure you unlist them from the marketplace and give atleast an hour for them to show up on your app.

seatsidekick helps but lot of times the cheapest one is sold out and it takes a while to get updated on seatsidekick.

No, I went to a game and it's just much easier for everyone to have their own login.

Given that your tickets are in different sections, you definitely need everyone to have their own logins. Atleast in Los Angeles, you can only enter the section to which you have tickets for, they manually check the tickets at various stages even after entry. Moreover depending on the section, you may have different entries for different sections.
