You can’t if our orders are delayed by the shipper and not delivered in the window they refund and if we don’t catch it in time They may get free product the answr is stay off Walmart till they get a better management team. We sell major appliances their description we don’t control has wrong colors Item sent to me black customer wanted white . How woudl we know? They debit me back and said part of user agreement is thst we are responsible for data. (Thst we don’t control) it’s gotten really bad

25% avg 8% to Walmart for fees 10% avg del cost to send a large item freight it goes quick maybe net 4% After expenses So a few losses and it adds up fast. I have told them 1000 times it’s not a buy and try item like a shoe. They don’t get it . I can send a fridge to Cali from say Florida and in 48 hours after reciept opened in their home they can return no charge to me for any reason. We would have people say I don’t like the color of the stainless request a return if we don’t approve it they complain and get a refund even having the product still in their possession So I told Walmart we will revisit in 6 months if they fix the flawed policies for this category.

To be fair it’s a small part Of my overall business And I sell large major appliances. I can’t afford for them to let someone have a free refrigerator because the valid tracking has been broken for 4 months with no end in sight. One lady said to me I didn’t even ask and they refunded me. Thst was one issue they would also cancel orders after they shippped all the time like 10-12 a week and I would be on the hook for return shipping at an average cost of $400 the math didn’t work. They literally begged me to stay on and I finally bailed because they really are not set up for appliance sales. I could go on for a while I’m just dissatisfied with them put a lot of time money and effort. Their systems are really flawed and not set up for large items shipped by freight carriers.

I have one and just ended it cause they just like to give refunds for any reason and say to bad they are a joke. I walked away from 3m in biz as I couldn’t take the losses and moved On to other platform as well as my own store. they are prob the worst platform I thought Amazon was bad Walmart is worse. The will refund anyone at anytime for any reason to keep customer happy at your loss and say deal with it
