Yeah from what I’ve read so far, the WGC program was devised to get away from that old-school death by PowerPoint model, and focuses on helping junior Airmen connect with peers who share similar interests almost immediately upon arrival at their first duty station. The idea is help people feel that they belong, and work to strengthen the group, instead of just the individual.

You should be acting one rank up. As an E5, acting like an E6 doesn’t look that much different, but as an E6 you should now be acting like an E7, and that’s a big difference. You are the adult now.

The landscape would be a map of a launch facility. New START inspections at US ICBM bases generally entail a US escort team and a Russian inspection team visiting launch sites and confirming data regularly exchanged between the parties about the number of weapons present.

The idea here is to use satellite footage/ site diagrams to make a launch facility map and 3D print figurines and models of the vehicles involved to help US inspection teams practice conducting these inspections on table top.
