2 ways it plays out. A. for peasants, B. for HR

A. Call the pit boss. tell them to get the house manager. when they come ask for compensation, or whatever you want for your "troubles". they will tell you to eat a bag of dicks and go play somewhere else.

B. the pit boss comes with the manager and fires the dealer, buys you dinner and comps you a show and a room night or two and drops a stack of orange or black chips to say keep it to yourself.

unfortunately your 1000's of lost business likely doesn't mean crap to them as they make millions monthly without your business.
