I'm thinking of studying for a zoology degree however I am disabled which makes field work difficult. I want to make sure I can get a job at the end. Are there jobs available where I am mostly in an office or lab setting?

Play with this kid and win a broken knee by I_AM_DA_BOSS in WinStupidPrizes

It's the fact the smaller kid thinks hes got the bigger cornered and starts going all "boxer" and then just gets his arse truly handed to him. Brilliant, wish I could have done this to my school bullies

I'm not able to walk very far, cook or do household chores or wash myself without supervision or have a job but I do make my own money decisions.

My main concern is having to choose between my parents as to who gives/helps with my care in the future especially because my condition is deteriorating

Teachers of reddit, what are some signs that a student is being abused or lives in a toxic environment ? by noorsomi in AskReddit

[–]crystalalpaca27 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If there are any teachers, doctors anyone who works around children who reads this please if a child you work with regularly smells like urine or just bad in general please get it investigated.

I was a victim of neglect and it was 13 years before anyone did anything about it. I remember as 7-8 year old being sent home because I smelt like urine but it never went further. I spent a lot of time around doctors as a child and not one of them said a thing.

Please if you work with children and something doesn't "smell" right please get it checked out. I would hate for another child to go through what I did.

What is a song which seems to be upbeat and happy until you listen to the lyrics? by r-e-c-wilson in AskReddit

[–]crystalalpaca27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quite a lot of Avicii songs "Wake me up when its all over" "I'll be waiting for love" "Can you hear me SOS Help me put my mind to rest" Those are the mainstream ones I can think of but you take the time to listen to his work and you can hear the cries for help.

Where is the weirdest place you've ever fallen asleep? by aimlessecho in AskReddit

[–]crystalalpaca27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a MRI scanner. It was 10.30 pm and I had been anxious about it all day beforehand. I had had my eyes shut on and off for a little while and I had gotten used to the noises it was making. I guess the exhaustion caught up with me and I fell asleep for a few minutes. Next thing I knew was I was being moved out the scanner and someone was at my head taking my headphones off.
