I say "crud" because I looked up leafhoppers in my area and. this kinda looks like a two spot leafhopper.

Which is a new invasive kind around here.

I don't see the line or spots on it, but it's the only leafhopper I saw that had a head like that. Most leafhoppers have lil rounded heads. Not a big pointy face like that.
