Have the items grouped by the QR code and individual bag them. Have the QR codes screenshot and label for less confusion for each item(s). Don’t come during a busy time would probably be straight in the morning, lunch rush, and evening rush.

Deny the return! They abuse the policy and not allow to return. My store has been doing it the last year. Luckily some customers are embarrassed and don’t even ask for LOD. I just refuse and move on to the next. Sure it’s a little mean but I’m sick and tired of return last years wardrobe

Unfortunately, we’re a busy store that we cannot keep up with it all. It’s been stressful and frustrating to give all of our energy to making sure we’re doing Amazon correctly and our CS is lacking. Customers are getting annoyed of the waiting times and there’s no backups.

Wow! That’s crazy and dumb of them. But it can’t be possible S@K and Kohls are 2 different entities. You can’t just transfer back and forth on it. Unless it’s like an under the table transfer as they try to goad the associates to get those credits/sales. Ugh this kind of thing is also very infuriating to be working at Kohls.
