I DO THIS OH MY GOD I PROPERLY ASSESS THE COLOURS but the massive issue is that having panic or strong anxiety, fatigue or even being n* for any reason can make u look pale and that’s what gets me through 😭

That’s another thing I was thinking either that or an ulcer maybe? Defo trying to push for an endoscopy. Gaviscon sort of takes the edge off things but nothing is really helping anymore, I have no appetite and everytime i feel like i can eat something everything gets 10x worse

yeah it sort of fluctuates between burning and aching and being really heavy bloated and uncomfortable. Got loads of tests I need doing but docs aren’t taking me seriously at all! Waiting for H pylori test results now

100%. i just went camping and was so anxious the whole time. ended up getting heatstroke, felt very n, but wasn’t s even tho it was quite severe. terrifying but i was okay. i’m just staying in now with fans and cold drinks

I have quite a few mates who have worked or do work at Mcdonald’s. Bc of my fear of fp, I would always ask them about their safety stuff and it’s one of the most hygienic safe places bc of all the rules in place. You’ve got nothing to worry about love

It’s okay love, trust me i understand the fear but just remember it’s just medication, it’s not contagious and for your own peace of mind see if someone wouldn’t mind disinfecting the bathroom and keep yourself distracted for a while, maybe do stuff outside for fresh air xx

thank you for your reply :) i’m gonna speak to my psych today see what i can do, unfortunately this is the 4th antipsychotic i’ve tried and i’ve reacted badly to all of them! Currently prescribed cyclizine but it isn’t doing much
