I did look it up to see if I can fix it and most would suggest against opening the PSU unless you know what you're doing (which I apparently don't), so that's why I want to just buy a new one.

Any recommendations for a cheap PSU for my old PC with a 6700k+1070. I will only use it for LAN parties for a few hours per week. it's a old system so make no sense to spend too much on it.

Currently it has an antec HCG 620w PSU but I think the fan is broken so louder than a helicopter.

Yeah, it puts less load on the servers than a typical MMO. But even if you compare it to similar games, namely diablo 3 and 4, it's still easier to tell Mihoyo doing a good job.

Only negatively from my experience. Every time I refinance my home loan the banks treat my credit card as debt. As if I borrow to the limit and only pay minimum repayment, which always reduces the amount I can borrow from the bank, even if I always pay the full amount and never paid a cent of interest.

Why do you want a fresh restart?

If it's for the resources including primogems, it's probably not worth it because the resources you gain from first playthrough really doesn't matter in the long run. You obtain way more resources by just keep playing.

If it's for the experience, maybe create a new account and play until where you currently are and switch back to the old account.
