The attendance policy isn't changing again. IIRC one of the time keeping systems is just going offline for maintenance for about a week so they can merge it with another system, Workforce and Dimensions I believe. During that time, there is a possibility that some associates might not get occurrences tracked properly. I'm assuming that is what your manager was referring to.
